A documentary about the purchase of the town of Cheshire, Ohio by AEP for $20 million dollars. The town is located in the shadow of a large AEP coal burning power plant. The residents, having been plagued by acid rain and respiratory problems are faced with two options: take the buyout or remain in a ghost town that was once classic small town America.
