Virginia Rita Luengo

During her studies at ECAM and Carlos III University in Madrid, Virginia Rita Luengo participated in the creation of several short films, documentaries, and music videos.

She also worked in the programming department of the Spanish Film Library (Filmoteca Española), where she edited audiovisual material and critical texts for the institution's film series.

She made her directorial debut with her short film I believe in much more than magic. Alongside Tina V. Mollá and Ángeles L. Guerrero, who also produced her second short film For better or worse, you will never die, she won the WoS Fabrique 2023 award.
