Alexia is blindsided when Todd files for divorce. Julia revels in the joy of adopting two baby boys, but not all seem supportive. Lisa throws an Old Hollywood birthday party for her boyfriend, Jody, but Larsa has a bone to pick about her ex.

Lisa walks Milan Fashion week, but finds herself in uncomfortably close quarters with Larsa. Guerdy considers reconstructive surgery for her post-cancer body. Alexia organizes a dinner for an old friend, but breaks down when she opens up about the latest in her marriage.

Marysol gets legally hitched. Lisa goes to Canada to say goodbye to her father. Larsa recounts unsettling events from Milan. Alexia throws a surprise wedding party for Marysol, but a fight between Guerdy and Julia leaves everyone in shock.

Guerdy breaks down over the events from Marysol’s surprise wedding party. Larsa introduces the group to Stephanie, a no-nonsense businesswoman. Adriana throws a baby shower for Julia and Martina, but a grieving Lisa makes a premature exit.

The ladies prepare for the worst as a hurricane heads toward Miami. Julia and Guerdy sit down in an attempt to reboot their friendship. Stephanie explodes on Lisa for making the group two hours late to Alexia’s Greek Goddess gathering.

Alexia’s Goddess gathering turns into a Greek tragedy as one lady is singled out during a narcissist exercise. Guerdy and Russell attend couple’s therapy. Lisa and Larsa meet one on one to see if they can get their former friendship back on track.

Julia introduces Adriana to her new baby boys. The ladies attend the LGBTQ+ Task Force Gala, along with Carmen Carrera. Guerdy causes chaos at her Celebration of Life event when she publicly displays private text messages for all to see.

Dr. Nicole checks back into Miami. Julia questions Adriana’s loyalty in the wake of the Celebration of Life event, while Guerdy faces backlash for her actions. Larsa and Kiki host an overnight yacht trip, but some drunken antics rock the boat.

A plan is hatched to get Alexia’s mind off Todd. Dr. Jackie makes a house call to Guerdy. Julia reveals that she has grown estranged from her daughters. Marysol hosts a preppy party where everyone is held accountable for their actions.

The ladies jet off to Seville, Spain—and while some fly private, others experience a travel nightmare. Julia stirs up trouble with Alexia upon her arrival. Tensions boil over at dinner as Stephanie and Alexia have a heated confrontation.

Larsa becomes enraged infuriated when Lisa refuses to unfollow her ex on social media while flamenco dress shopping in Seville. Kiki breaks down over receiving concerning death threats. A significant other inserts himself into the ladies’ drama.

Lisa scrambles to find a notary as Larsa fumes over Jody’s texts. Marysol and Julia are forced to deliver an ultimatum to Lisa about the upcoming Marbella trip. Dinner turns ratchet when Adriana and Kiki get into an explosive argument.

The ladies jet off to Marbella, but Alexia and Marysol refuse to get on board with Stephanie's rules; Lisa makes an important announcement about her marriage; a birthday celebration turns into a screaming match in the middle of the Plaza de España.

Back in Miami, Lisa pressures Jody about their future; Kiki confronts her dad about their past; Marysol takes the ladies aboard a luxury cruise despite how things ended abroad; a night of divided dinners closes with a surprising striptease.

The ladies search for resolution on the last leg of the cruise and Guerdy seeks out solo therapy; a surprising source informs Stephanie that Marysol has unresolved issues with her; Adriana is forced to celebrate her birthday against her will.
