Miyamoto Ruri loses her glasses at school, but even without them she clearly sees what Raku and Onodera Kosaki mean to each other.
Ruku's father asks the gang to help out at a friend's shrine on New Year's Day. As it turns out something very bad is haunting Raku or so the girls are led to believe.
Lately Tachibana Marika leaves school early, making Raku wonder. When he and Chitoge visit the local fast food restaurant they find out why.
On New Year's Day the whole gang unexpectedly visits Raku's mansion. After a feast Chitoge craves some non-Japanese sweets, that unbeknownst to them happen to contain alcohol.
The bath at Raku's mansion is not working properly, so he visits the local public bath, where Chitoge also happens to turn up, along with Marika, her maid Honda, Kosaki, and her sister Haru.
The girls visit the hot springs up in the mountains. Their tied-together clothes get catapulted into the mens' hot spring where Raku is trying to relax for once.
Finally working in his ideal career as a public servant, Raku Ichijou is able to return home to his loving wife and whisk his worries away. Between freshly prepared meals and his wife's endless affection, Ichijou can think of little else to wish for—but such a seemingly perfect reality may be misleading.
Dr. Maiko's presence causes peace in Boyari City to remain elusive, but justice is not far away. Learning from their recent efforts, the Magical Princess, ruler of the Land of Magic, tasks Magical Patissiere Kosaki, Magical Police Marika, and Magical Gorilla Chitoge to finish Dr. Maiko for good. However, in order to avoid a repeat of their previous battle, the trio must formulate a brand new strategy to defeat the brazen villain.
