A Mossad source infiltrates Black September but is exposed, endangering the Mossad team. Salame and Abu-Iyad plan a terror attack in Rome. Mossad tries to assassinate their arms dealer, but Zamir cancels to avoid collateral damage.

Salame schemes to smuggle anti-aircraft missiles into Italy, planning to target an Israeli plane carrying Golda Meir. Abu-Iyad moves to Egypt but faces pressure from the regime. Mossad kills the arms merchant.

The commando teams arrive in Beirut with help from Harari's European team. Salame confronts his wife. The Mossad mission succeeds, killing three key Black September members, while Mossad spy Helen is stranded in Beirut.
