Pentecost around the corner and Albin is fully planning for this year's big wedding weekend. When he finds out that a celebrity from Stockholm wants to get married in the church, he sees his chance to LGBT-certify Östra Nöbberup's church.

To overcome the church's declining visitor numbers, Albin wants to open an emergency number for souls in need. Jan, on the other hand, believes that the parishioners should be involved through house interrogations.

Albin wants to welcome the village's immigrants with a joint service with the Muslim and Jewish congregations in Malmö, but he has both Jan and the locals are skeptical of his plans. Jan sets up a dating profile with the help of Fanny.

Albin and Fanny have found themselves in a situation where they have to lie to their colleagues. Things do not get any better because Albin has to stay in the wage negotiations.

Fanny finds it difficult to maintain her duty of confidentiality when planning a surprise party. Jan feels left out and gains access to the secrets of the church employees and immediately begins to take advantage of the situation.

A blasphemous art exhibition will visit Östra Nöbberup's library and Jan demands that the church stop the exhibition. Albin does not want to help Jan paint demonstration posters.

Östra Nöbberup has got its first outing to Bengt-Åke's big horror. Fanny rushes out to help the distressed, which makes Albin jealous.

Östra Nöbberup's church receives a devastating message about the impending merger with Västra Nöbberup's parish. The staff worries and Fanny starts thinking about returning to Norway. Albin fears losing both her job and her dream woman.
