Hey Hey It's Saturday returned to Channel Nine in 1979 after Daryl and Ossie hosted The Daryl and Ozzie show for rival The 0-10 Network the previous year. The show continued its evolution, beginning with the recruitment of popular Queensland TV presenter Jacki MacDonald as a co-host.
