Season 1

Ted Bundy evades investigation in the Pacific Northwest and moves to Salt Lake City, bringing his murder spree into the jurisdiction of Detective Jerry Thompson.

As the murders spread to Colorado, Detective Thompson focuses on Bundy after a victim escapes and Bundy is arrested in a Salt Lake City suburb for evading police.

Detectives from multiple states meet at the Aspen Summit, and Bundy is charged with murder, only to escape custody and continue his killing spree.
