The Stans neighborhood store is in dire financial straits. Stans is at his wits' end and, without his brother Ivo's knowledge, hires an outsider. This causes unrest among the staff. Colette is experiencing menopause.

Ivo discovers hidden messages in abandoned shopping lists. The concept of "key people" is introduced, which creates tension within the team. Stan also fears for his life.

Kiyaara has big news, and it seems everyone is forgetting Colette's birthday. Stan tries to be more assertive and abolishes snack time, which leads to a confrontation between the staff and management.

Everyone is evaluated by Zara and Stan using the DISC method, which categorizes people by color. Ivo strongly disagrees with this approach. Wim expresses his ambitions, and Colette can't remove her helmet.

Veronique wants a divorce, which throws Stan into an emotional and business crisis. Loyal customer Jan Decleir is caught stealing, and Kiyaara struggles to choose between her unborn child and her beloved cat.

Colette tries to set Wim and Kiyaara up and advises him to wear his costume. However, accusations of inappropriate behavior and petting threaten to destroy all relationships in the shop.

Colette defends her title as undefeated champion at the annual Voze pear day. It's Wim's first participation, and he suffers a heavy loss. When Zara suddenly joins the game, the whole group sees her differently.

Kiyaara chooses a godmother and godfather for her child, and that decision causes quite a stir. Stan can no longer postpone a decision about selling the store and makes a decision that contradicts Zara's advice.

Ivo is noticeably quiet today. Stan is getting a lot of support from everyone now that they know he's getting a divorce. But because he still wants to go ahead with the sale, Zara forces him to finally tell Ivo. And then everything threatens to explode.

Ivo confronts Stan with the truth. Veronique sees an opportunity to acquire the store and makes Ivo a business proposal. While no one believes in Stan's future anymore, Ivo comes up with an improbable plan.
