Season 2

The season kicks off with Ankush enjoying breakfast with his family, sharing his ambition of achieving 250 Cr. target. Amidst the conversation, he is notified of a legal issue and rushes to handle it. Meanwhile, Kajal and Ashima head to Vasant Vihar to review a neo-classical duplex, listed at 40CR, only to discover that the seller is also considering listing it with rival agent Hem Batra. Later, Ankush and Kanika explore an artsy designer villa, where the seller is looking to list at 150 Cr.

Ankush secures a massive 125 Cr. mandate and immediately partners with Hem, who suggests bringing in Inddu for collaboration. Meanwhile, Inddu proves her mettle by skillfully turning a tough negotiation into a spectacular 20 Cr. double-unit deal, capping off her win with a celebratory dinner with her husband. The agents' professional successes are contrasted with Hem's personal life, where he faces a series of high-stakes demands from his family during a tense dinner.

Hem tries to seal a deal with old friends, but storage woes and small rooms turn the tables-just as Ishika's call throws in personal distractions. Over coffee, Kajal and Ashima strategize Nishit's property sale with a surprise in store. And in the biggest twist, Ankush and Kanika tour a one-of-a-kind farm estate, negotiating hard to secure the listing at an eye-popping 110 cr.

Ankush agrees to visit the property - a duplex with terrace - proposed by Kajal and Ashima, for his client, in spite of the location not meeting his criteria. Meanwhile, while Inddu is deeply impressed by the royalty exuding from the Sky Villa Penthouse, Hem lets his daughter intern for him. In a twist of events, Ankush gets impressed by not just the property, but by the concept behind the same and the couple of tour guides who are eager to step in.

While Ankush believes that the price of the duplex with terrace is too steep, Hem is impressed by the question asked by Vanya at a visit. In the meantime, Inddu is keen on getting a deal for the Sky Villa Penthouse. Later, Ankush has a team meeting, where he motivates his team with incentives and Ashima is very upset with Kajal for misplacing some very important papers.

Ashima and Kajal worry about their misplaced documents. Meanwhile, Ankush's walk-through with Shalini Passi is not as seamless as intended. Subsequently, Hem and Vanya visit the three identical villas for a walk-through.

While Ankush gives Chef Vicky Ratnani, who is also a dear friend, a walk-though at a high-rise apartment, Kajal receives an update about her misplaced documents. Meanwhile, the outcome of Inddu's walk-through with Rahul seems iffy. Hem and Vaanya plan an Open House for the 3 Identical Villas, during which, Hem receives a call from his daughter about his escalating family woes. Later, Hem and Ankush catch up over a game of golf.

The walk-through with Hem and his potential buyer for Ankush's client starts going south, leaving Ankush flustered. Meanwhile, Inddu has a successful walk-through with Nitin, where she feels favoured after learning about a double deal being on her cards. Later, while Ankush receives valuable advice from his father, the relation between Hem and his wife is strained.

While Ankush introspects about his business planning, Hem's walk-through turns out to be tricky. Meanwhile, Inddu successfully bags a better offer for the Sky Villa Apartment. Soon after, things heat up as Ashima, Kajal and Hem face heavy negotiations with their respective clients. Hem eventually cracks the tough nut by settling the pricing with his buyer. However, his victory is overshadowed by mixed emotions when Vanya decides to quit and pursue her studies.
