
At the Apolo FC academy, Adrian aspires to become team captain. Complications arise with the arrival of Jairo, a gifted player. Meanwhile, the captaincy of Lara's women's team faces opposition.
Jairo and Adrian are roommates and rivals on the team. Patterson, the coach of the women's team, scolds Belén for skipping practice. Eventually, the team splits in two and damages the friendship between Lara and Meriem.
Lara applies Patterson's methods and provokes the rejection of her teammates. Meanwhile, Adrian's father signs Jairo, which causes a rupture in the relationship with his son and the distrust of Willy, the coach of the men's team.
Lara injures Meriem in a training session and an investigation is opened to find out if it was an accident. Adrian feels questioned on and off the field, but Jairo considers him a friend and confesses his attraction to Lara.
Willy leaves David on the bench causing his father's anger and giving him the opportunity to leave the team. Adrian and Jairo spend time together and Tomas suspects there is something more between them, Adrian approaches Lara to deny it.
Jairo discovers that Adrian has spent the night with Lara, feels betrayed and cannot control his emotions in training. Patterson gets angry with Belen and the team has to decide who to support: her or the coach.
The situation with Patterson becomes complicated and ends with Lara looking for a future outside of Apolo and asking Tomas to represent her. At the same time, the men's first division team needs a player for the upcoming cup game.
The confrontation between Adrian and Jairo intensifies as they fight for a place in the first team. Meanwhile, Lara, already sidelined from the team and with no prospect of changing clubs, decides to leave the academy.
