DCP Ashwath learns of a party to be organised by a long-defunct gangster. As he begins a covert operation, Padalam Sekar gears up for his resurrection.

As Sekar gears up for the party, Ashwath tries to contact a police informer. Commissioner Sayanthika digs up an old case to distract Sekar's powerful ally, Minister Veeravel Nalangilli.

Sekar takes Coin Siva's family hostage. With Nalangilli sending a veiled threat to the commissioner, how will Ashwath track the gangsters?
