Callejeras is a documentary about the participation of women in one of the greatest expressions of popular culture still standing: the Cádiz carnival. Carnival is shown as a reflection of a patriarchal society where new voices begin to emerge from the spontaneity of the street. A reflection on the limits of humor and gender stereotypes.
