Charli comes home from working a night shift to find that the water in her apartment is contaminated, and an envelope of cash has been shoved under her door. Her mom recruits her to a pyramid scheme and Charli quickly triples her cash by selling skin cream to the other tenants in her building - all of whom are mysteriously hiding their faces. She discovers the building's superintendent has some connection to the skincare company... but what is he up to?
